Our cosy rooms
Our bright, friendly double rooms invite you to relax and unwind. With bath/shower and WC, seating, W-LAN connection, satellite TV and comfortable beds, they have all the necessary comforts for a successful holiday. From the south-facing balcony you have a magnificent view of the city of Innsbruck, while on the north side the Nordkette with its imposing peaks towers above.

Our breakfast offer
In the morning we spoil our guests with a rich breakfast buffet. Look forward to a large selection of breads, jams and spreads, yoghurt, sausage, cheese and muesli! In fine weather, we prepare the buffet on our sun terrace. For an extra charge, you can also stay with us on a half-board basis, children up to 3 years of age do not have to pay anything.

Holiday between town and mountains
Our guesthouse is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Innsbruck with its many sights. At the same time, you are only a few steps away from the Nordkette and the hiking and MTB trails of the region. In winter, the Seegrube - Hafelekar skiing area attracts with freshly groomed slopes. There is a separate storage room for your skis in the accommodation and the ski school is also not far away.
